P.T.F.E. ( Polytetra fluoro ethylene)

Non-stick, water-proof and anti-oil features to the coated surfaces. Can be use between -235C – +290C. High level hardness High level durability for scratch and corrosion. Easy to clean and dirt proof. Healthy and conformity of food production Low friction coefficient (0,05 – 0,10).

Halar® 

Highly durable against aggressive chemicals. Works up to +150C. Coating can be applied up to 1.000 micron thickness.

F.E.P. (Fluorinated ethylene propylene)

High durability against aggressive chemicals. Can be applied on tanks, reactors, valves and anything works with chemicals for preventing potential chemical dangers in long term period. Maintain feature up to +205C.

P.F.A (Perfluoro alkoxy)

Excellent non-stick and durability against chemicals. Maintain feature up to +260C. Low friction coefficient (0,10 – 0,20). Highly durable against mineral acids, inorganic abrasives and heavy salty organic acids. The P.F.A. kind we use in our production has an intensive structure and has a better performance comparing with equivalent coatings in the market.

Xylan®

Low friction coefficient. Features dry lubrication on the coated surfaces. High corrosion resistance. Fluoropolymer is softer than metal coatings but it concentrate in working progress. Maintains dry lubrication even after being abraded for long term use.Powertech® coating’s performance decreases slowly in the long term usage so it doesn’t cause any kinds urgent and critical problems.

Powertech®

Sizing Drying Drums:
It prevents the size on the yarn from sticking to the cylinder surface while it is being dried. It provides a high level of “non-stick” surface lubricity by minimizing surface friction during the processing of fabric, yarn and similar products.

Drum Drying Machine:
It prevents adhesion to the surface of the cylinders and corrosion of the cylinders.
It allows you to minimize labor loss, energy consumption and wastage due to stop-starts during operation.

MCS Dyeing Boats:
It prevents pilling and fabric breakage that may occur due to high-speed friction.
It provides easy and precise cleaning in case of color changes. In this case, your production speed and quality increases.

Dye and Finish Drying:
It prevents the chemicals used from adhering to the cylinder surface and getting dirty during the drying phase. The performance of the Powertech® coating decreases slowly and gradually over time, thus not causing immediate problems.

Flat Printing Machines:
It prevents paint from adhering to the roller surfaces.
In this way, the Under Blanket Carrier Rollers are prevented from leaving marks on the blanket during stop and start operations.

PAD-BACD Cylinders:
Provides easy cleaning in case of color changes.

Dock Cars:
Our Powertech® coatings have a very high resistance to aggressive chemicals and prevent the surfaces in contact from deforming in a short time.

Rilsan®

It is a polyamide based coating type. It has high resistance to many acid chemicals in environments up to +90 ˚C. It does not contain bacteria. It has a hardness of 80 Shore D according to ISO 868. It is suitable for use in the marine industry, and has been shown to maintain its corrosion prevention and protection against salt water for up to 10 years. It has vibration and shock reducing properties. Thanks to its flexible structure, it is suitable for mechanical processing (turning, etc.). Its food-safe structure allows it to be used on surfaces that come into contact with food. Thanks to its durable and slippery structure, it can be used in all types of liquid transportation installations.

Powerful®

It is the ideal insulation material for water tanks, swimming and ornamental pools and artificial ponds. It serves successfully in industrial floor applications, settling pools, silo structures, roof and terrace insulation, hygienic production areas, parking lot and bridge floors, bundling and foundation insulation, pipe coatings, and the floor of commercial vehicle bodies.

Powergranit

4 Layers Applied P.T.F.E. It is a type of coating. In Powergranit applications, hygienic surfaces suitable for food, long-lasting use.
It can maintain its fireproof, non-stick performance without permanent deterioration. It has high durability and does not allow openings with its high level of corrosion resistance.
